Zero-Fault Tolerant, Fully Automated Storage and Process Solutions for Extreme Conditions
Engineering for the Extreme
Storing and processing cryogenic fluids (between -196°C and -269°C) requires much more than standard steel manufacturing; it demands flawless thermodynamic design, advanced high-vacuum technology, and error-free safety automation.
At Solid Electron, we build cryogenic storage systems compliant with international standards (ASME, EN, API) for industrial gas producers, iron and steel plants, power generation facilities, and the medical sector.
We don't just position a tank on-site; we deliver the entire facility—from complex piping and regasification units to deep SCADA integration—as a "fully operational and remotely monitorable" turnkey system.
Our Turnkey Project Scope
We provide project-specific engineering, mechanical manufacturing, and field installation services for the following critical processes:
Air Separation Units (ASU)
Massive storage fields for industrial gas infrastructures
LNG Storage & Satellite Stations
Clean energy infrastructures beyond pipeline reach
LH₂ and LHe Facilities
Advanced technology fluids for the energy of the future
Transfer, Filling & Skid Systems
Modular solutions for fast and secure on-site operations
Process 01
Air Separation Units (ASU) and Industrial Gas Infrastructures
We build massive storage fields that ensure the uninterrupted supply of atmospheric gases to industrial giants.
Storage Tanks
High-capacity, perlite or multi-layer insulated (MLI) vertical and horizontal storage tanks for LOX (Liquid Oxygen), LIN (Liquid Nitrogen), and LAR (Liquid Argon).
Supply Systems
Uninterrupted gas supply manifolds, automatic bypass systems, and high-capacity atmospheric/electric vaporizer installations for the iron and steel, glass, and petrochemical industries.
Process 02
LNG Storage and Satellite Stations
We establish clean energy infrastructures for industrial facilities and city grids located beyond the reach of natural gas pipelines.
LNG Storage Fields
LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) storage fields and fully equipped LNG Satellite Stations for industrial plants.
Regasification
Regasification skids and water-bath vaporizer integrations for efficient and safe gas conversion.
PRMS
Pressure Reduction and Metering Stations (PRMS) ensuring gas is delivered to the facility or grid fully automatically, at the precise pressure, and properly odorized.
Process 03
Advanced Technology Fluids: LH₂ and LHe Facilities
Extreme cryogenic solutions for the energy of the future and high-tech processes.
Storage & Transfer
Storage and transfer lines for Liquid Hydrogen (LH₂) and Liquid Helium (LHe), which have significantly lower boiling points and require ultra-high safety measures and special double-jacket vacuum technology.
Hydrogen Station Integration
Turnkey integration of hydrogen filling stations and internal distribution infrastructures, including hydrogen compressors and cooling units.
Why It Matters
LH₂ and LHe represent the frontier of clean energy and precision science — demanding the highest standards in cryogenic engineering.
Process 04
Cryogenic Transfer, Filling, and Skid Systems
Modular solutions designed for fast and secure on-site operations.
Pump Skids
Cryogenic centrifugal pump skids engineered for reliable, high-performance fluid transfer in demanding environments.
Loading Stations
Truck/wagon loading and unloading stations designed for safe, efficient, and rapid cryogenic fluid handling.
VIP Fields
Vacuum Insulated Piping (VIP) fields for minimum heat transfer and zero-loss fluid transport across the facility.
What Makes These Facilities "Solid Electron"?
The Intelligence & Automation Layer
Operating a cryogenic facility built with traditional methods is like flying blind. In the Solid Electron architecture, every millimeter of the facility is equipped with Predixi SCADA and smart PLC sensors.
This layered intelligence transforms a cryogenic facility from a passive storage site into a fully responsive, self-managing system — visible and controllable from anywhere in the world.
Smart Features Integrated into Every Facility
Real-Time BOG and Vacuum Monitoring
We digitally monitor the vacuum levels between the tank jackets and Boil-Off Gas (BOG) rates in real-time, precisely reporting on insulation lifespan and product loss.
Dynamic Vaporizer Management
We monitor the frosting (icing) status of vaporizers—which operate based on capacity and ambient temperature—enabling the system to automatically switch over to a standby vaporizer when necessary.
Smart Level and Cross-Density Calculation
We measure the level in cryogenic tanks not merely by pressure, but by utilizing highly precise algorithms that factor in instantaneous temperature and density changes, transmitting accurate, real-time data to the control center.
Fully Automated Filling and ESD Scenarios
Advanced safety automation that halts the filling process at pre-set values without human intervention, and triggers Emergency Shutdown (ESD) valves within fractions of a second in the event of any leak or anomaly.
