Collection, Processing, and Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data may vary depending on the service, product, or commercial activity provided by Solid Electron. These data may be collected automatically or non-automatically through methods such as offices, websites, social media platforms, mobile applications, and similar means, verbally, in writing, or electronically. Your personal data may be processed and updated while you benefit from Solid Electron's products and services. Additionally, when you intend to use Solid Electron's services, visit our website, participate in training, seminars, or events organized by Solid Electron, your personal data may be processed.

The collected personal data will be processed within the scope of the purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPL Law, including conducting necessary work by relevant units to benefit you from the products and services offered by Solid Electron, customizing products and services offered by Solid Electron according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs, ensuring the legal and commercial security of Solid Electron and individuals in a business relationship with Solid Electron, determining and implementing Solid Electron's commercial and business strategies, and executing Solid Electron's human resources policies.

Recipients and Purposes of Transferring Processed Personal Data

The collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and private individuals within the framework of the conditions and purposes of personal data processing specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL Law, in order to conduct the necessary work to benefit you from the products and services offered by Solid Electron, customize products and services according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs, ensure the legal and commercial security of Solid Electron and individuals in a business relationship with Solid Electron, determine and implement Solid Electron's commercial and business strategies, and execute Solid Electron's human resources policies.

Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is obtained through verbal, written, or electronic means in all kinds of verbal, written, or electronic media, in order to provide the products and services offered by Solid Electron within the legal framework and to fulfill Solid Electron's contractual and legal obligations. Personal data collected for this legal reason can be processed and transferred within the scope of the purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPL Law.

Rights of the Data Subject according to Article 11 of the PDPL Law

As data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to Solid Electron through the methods specified below, Solid Electron will finalize the request as soon as possible and within a maximum of thirty days free of charge, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction also requires a cost, the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by Solid Electron.

In this context, data subjects have the following rights:

  • To learn whether personal data is processed or not,
  • To request information if personal data has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
  • To request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and to request notification of this transaction to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL Law, despite being processed in accordance with the Law, if the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request the notification of this transaction to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
  • To object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • To demand compensation if he/she incurs damage due to the illegal processing of personal data,

In accordance with Article 13/1 of Law No. 6698, you can submit your requests related to using the aforementioned rights in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board to Solid Electron. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any methods at this stage, you need to submit your application to Solid Electron in writing in accordance with Law No. 6698. In this context, the channels and methods to submit your applications to Solid Electron under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 are explained below.
